The work carried out
The existing garage was upgraded and insulated to create a comfortable part of the home, with the former garage opening carefully infilled and a new window installed to provide natural light.
Internally, the works included the new floor construction, insulation and boarding, electrical and plumbing works, plastering and decoration, together with a fully finished shower room featuring a corner enclosure, contemporary shower panels, vanity unit, WC, towel radiator and new flooring.
