Porcelain paving, retaining walls, steps and a rebuilt garage formed one external project in Leamington Spa. The work reconfigured the side and rear areas of the property, bringing the landscaping and garage rebuild into the same scheme.
The objective was a cleaner, more practical layout for the outdoor areas. The project brought together changes to ground levels, new paved surfaces and steps to the basement and main garden, with block paving along the side access and a garage rebuild.
LGK carried out construction-led landscaping, adjusting ground levels before installing the porcelain patio and new retaining walls.
Steps were formed to link down to the basement and up into the main garden. Block paving along the side access created a durable, tidy approach as part of the reconfigured external areas.
The scope also included garage reconstruction and general building work. The garage was rebuilt within the same project as the paving, walls and steps.
The landscaping and garage rebuild were coordinated as one scheme so that the different external elements worked together.
The finished side and rear areas provide a more usable outdoor layout. The completed project combines the porcelain patio, retaining walls, steps, block-paved access and garage rebuild in a scheme with a consistent appearance.
