LGK Construction was appointed after a previous builder left this extension incomplete. The first stage was a careful review of what had already been carried out, followed by identification of outstanding defects and unresolved details. We then planned and coordinated the remaining construction and finishing works to bring the project to a consistent standard. Attention focused on practical quality, continuity between old and new work, and resolving the issues that prevented completion. The finished extension now reads as one coherent project and provides the level of comfort, function and finish the homeowners had expected from the outset.
