Turning unused space into a purpose-built office.
This project converted an existing garage into a dedicated home office, allowing the property to gain valuable working space without a separate extension. The works included the thermal and internal upgrades needed to create a room that remains comfortable for regular use throughout the year. Electrical and finishing works were coordinated so the completed office felt practical and properly resolved, rather than temporary adaptation. Attention was also given to keeping alterations in proportion with the existing house. The finished conversion now provides a quiet and dependable workspace that makes much better use of previously underused accommodation.
