This single-storey extension was developed to deliver a more generous kitchen and dining area while adding two highly practical supporting spaces. A compact home office was incorporated into the layout to provide dedicated work space without taking over the main living rooms, and a downstairs WC was included for everyday convenience. The extension was designed to improve how the property functions as a whole, not simply to add floor area.
